You know I am all about making sure you keep your business and your operations in order. Not only for you to know how your business is doing, but it will also help you plan and decrease some of the overwhelm we as business owners feel when we have to file taxes, or hire someone or even want to grow. I overheard someone talking to a fellow business owner at a networking event, and during that conversation it felt as if they were trying to scare the business owner into working with them. Scaring people into working with you will only cause stress and tension in that partnership and that's not valuable to anyone. People are already scared to delegate, scared to track where their money is going or scared to learn how to even manage their money and businesses. Why add to that? Why be the reason they hesitate even more? Fear is something that we all have. It shows up differently for each of us individually but that doesn't mean it has to keep us from moving forward. I know that the people I work with aren't fearful of growth, the main fear is delegation. They have been managing things on their own for so long or they have had 1-2 team members for years and they don't know if they want to bring on someone else. Don't let the fear of letting someone in to help be the thing that stops you from hitting your goals or gaining back some of that time you are losing. It's okay to try and figure it out but you will come to a point in your business (if you are not already there), where you will have to delegate out bookkeeping and client support. Let's conquer that fear together. Shoot me a message so we can schedule time to chat.

When I started this business I didn't have growth in mind. I just wanted to make enough money to replace the income from my full time job and be able to be with my family when needed/ I wanted. Here we are 6 years later and the business has grown and I have been able to show up for my family in the ways that I had hoped. I have even been able to bring my sister onto my team! Fun Fact! My sister is my copywriter and social media manager!!! 😉 It's crazy to see how well we work together and it's a privilege to see her in her zone. She is an amazing writer. I knew this but now I REALLY know this. She takes my ideas and puts together some amazing content. We have had people reach out about the newsletters we send and tell us how much they have resonated. "I get to say MY BABY SISTER DID THAT". Like I said, when I started the business I just wanted to make money to help support my family, now I get to say I am supporting my family, my amazing clients and I get to have my sister by my side! ❤️ If you want to be a part of our list and get to read some amazing newsletters and get some ideas and tips from me, post your email in the comments or shoot me a message.
