With years of dedicated experience in bookkeeping, I lead a team of QuickBooks Online (QBO) certified bookkeepers. My journey in this field has been shaped by my role as a wife and mother of three. Striving for a balance between professional growth and being there for my family's precious moments, I found my calling in working from home. This drive led to the creation of Alignment - an endeavor dedicated to helping small business owners attain the freedom of managing their business efficiently without missing out on life's important milestones.
The desire to be present for both significant events and everyday joys, like having breakfast with my children or seeing them off to school, has been the cornerstone of my professional evolution. This personal mission resonates in my approach to helping other entrepreneurs.
I recognized the necessity for Bookkeeper and Client success Managers in the small business domain. Many entrepreneurs yearn to focus on what they love – creating and growing thir businesses – while needing support to ensure sustainability and profitability. I believe in strengthening skills through collaborative support and encouragement.
My transition from the director of an accounting department to owning my agency was a leap made smoother by the knowledge and leadership skills I acquired. Most of my adult career life I have worked in Corporate America in the finance industry as an advisor. In 2018 I also began to focus on copywriting as writing has been a passion of mine since I can remember. I have gotten the opportunity to work on some incredible projects in different industries from fashion to business coaching. I have written blogs, social media captions, sent marketing emails, LinkedIn posts and more. These past few years as a part time copywriter have been thrilling and have allowed me to access the creative part of myself that working in finance can often leave behind.
