Hi, I’m LaToya, founder and owner of Alignment Business Solutions, LLC.
I help nonprofit leaders and service-based business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control over their finances. Through reliable bookkeeping and hands-on CFO support, I help my clients understand where their money is going, make informed financial decisions, and build stronger, more sustainable organizations.
Before founding Alignment, I directed an accounting department, where I developed the leadership skills, financial knowledge, and streamlined systems that now serve as the foundation of my company. Today, my team and I provide monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, cash-flow support, and strategic financial guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals.
I understand that many business owners and nonprofit leaders are passionate about the work they do—but managing the financial side can feel overwhelming. That’s where Alignment comes in. Most of my adult career life I have worked in Corporate America in the finance industry as an advisor. In 2018 I also began to focus on copywriting as writing has been a passion of mine since I can remember. I have gotten the opportunity to work on some incredible projects in different industries from fashion to business coaching. I have written blogs, social media captions, sent marketing emails, LinkedIn posts and more. These past few years as a part time copywriter have been thrilling and have allowed me to access the creative part of myself that working in finance can often leave behind. I am excited to work with you.
